Shipping policy

Where We Ship

We ship only to addresses within the United States, from our fulfillment center in Florida. We do not ship to freight forwarders or reshipping services. Shipping to P.O. boxes and military addresses depends on the carriers available at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Processing may take longer during launches and peak periods. If we cannot ship within this time, we will notify you by email and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Shipping Methods, Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and depend on the carrier and service you choose. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking information when your order ships.

Your Address

Please check your shipping address carefully. You are responsible for the accuracy of the address you provide. We cannot change an address once an order is being processed. Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

Title and Risk of Loss

Title to the products and the risk of loss pass to you when we deliver your order to the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered. If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at concierge@aqayskin.com within 7 days of the delivery date shown. We will help you file a claim with the carrier. Any replacement depends on the outcome of the carrier's investigation, is sent only to the original address and is at our discretion.
